Trial percentage calculator
Enter the sessions. Get the pooled percentage and the mean of the session percentages side by side, with the totals that produced each. It refuses to guess when a denominator is missing.
Work out a percentage and see the denominator it came from. Print a data sheet that matches how you actually collect. Put one goal on a graph without hiding the gaps. No account, no email, nothing uploaded.
Each one finishes a single job. They share the same rules about what counts as an observation, so a number you get from one will not contradict another.

Choose trial, frequency or duration, set the rows and the prompt legend, and print it on Letter or A4. The legend stays with the sheet across a page break, and it reads in grayscale.
Paste or open a CSV of one goal’s sessions and get a chart on real calendar spacing, plus the evidence table underneath it. Gaps stay visible as gaps.
Some of it we have not built yet. Some of it we decided against, and the reasons are worth stating.
A background tab gets its timers throttled, and a phone that locks mid-session stops firing them. A timer that silently drops intervals is worse than a paper tally, because you would not know. Timing belongs in an app that can hold the foreground.
Feeding a real IEP into a model to get prose back moves student records off your device and into somebody’s inference queue. We are not going to build the version of that which needs no account and no agreement.
Nothing here will tell you a goal is legally sufficient or that your data meets a standard. That judgement belongs to your team and your district, and a green tick from a website does not transfer to either.
Recreating a sheet and re-entering tallies every reporting period is the cost these tools do not remove. That is what the app is for.
