Voice IEP data collection
Say the score out loud and keep your eyes on the student.
Hold the button and say something like “Jayden, four out of five on transitions”. The app shows what it heard as numbers on the right goal, and nothing is saved until you confirm it. Speech is transcribed on the device where iOS supports it, and the audio itself is not kept. If you would rather tap, manual entry is always one screen away.

Offline IEP data collection
The gym, the bus and the portable classroom all count.
Observations are stored encrypted on your iPhone or iPad the moment you save them, with or without a connection. When the network comes back they sync on their own. Signing in, creating an account and buying a subscription do need a connection; recording data does not.
