What is built, and what is coming.

Published so you can see there is a real person actively working on this, and so you can tell me when I have the order wrong.

Available now

Everything here is in the shipping app today.

  • Three-second capture — voice or tap, without leaving the student.
  • 12 measurement types — trials, percentage, count, frequency, duration, latency, interval, prompt level, rubric, task analysis, service minutes and notes.
  • Apple Watch — tally from your wrist when your phone is across the room.
  • Offline capture — observations are stored encrypted on the device and sync when the network returns.
  • Trend charts — plotted from what you actually recorded, with no smoothing that flatters the data.
  • PDF and CSV export — reports you can attach to an IEP or hand to a parent.
  • Evidence-backed draft narratives — assembled by deterministic code from your observations, each claim citing the data points behind it, and never final until you approve it.
  • Optional Face ID lock and full account and data deletion from inside the app.
  • English and Spanish throughout.

Being built

  • Team collaboration — more than one adult recording against the same goals, which is how most classrooms actually work.
  • Multi-site support — for specialists who travel between schools.

Planned

Direction rather than commitment. Nothing here has a date, and what users ask for most tends to move up.

  • School and district accounts with administrator controls
  • Single sign-on
  • Audit logs and retention controls
  • Student information system integrations
